This is my 21st year that I have been visiting Bangladesh and one thing has been constant- Hotel Marino! Every staff is cordial, caring and warm. There have been times when whole of the Dhaka city was going through "bandh" and yet either the owner or Managers have come to pick me up or drop at Airport. Excellent customised food and very clean rooms, just as you can find in your homes.

Returning to this hotel after almost 6 years... nothing has changed.. the same friendly feel-at- home atmosphere.. the same staff who have been with the hotel since past so many years... everybody is genuinely eager to help you... You really feel safe when you are here.. They will go all out of the way to make you feel special... that's why I keep coming back to this place. To mention food... homely and 100% customizable to your palate... Location wise very centrally located but still away from the city chaos

I have been to Marino Hotel, Banani, Dhaka at many occasions, and they are very hospitable. The hotel is placed in very secured place, and addresses one of the major concern of travellers to Dhaka. Hotel staff are ever-ready to help. Lovely food, spacious rooms, guest-friendly attitude, what else you want.

I stayed here for a night for a early morning flight transfer. the hotel is 15 minz from the airport. rooms are spacious. the food is good up here. does not have a bar. Also the staffs were helping. aalthough there is room for betterment.

Marino is a basic hotel. The major advantage is its in Banani area which is close to the airport and yet very close to Gulshan area (walk/rickshaw). Though it's not really a posh kind of hotel, the warmth of the staff, good food and the canal opposite the hotel makes up for that. Reasonably priced. Excellent hotel for a short business stay and also favourite for the NGOs. However, not recommended for family as the kids have nothing to do here.
